What data we process
Through the contact form we process your first and last name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about and the text of your message. We also process technical data that your browser sends automatically when you visit the site.
Why we process it
We use the data from the form solely to contact you, answer your question and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the negotiation of a contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for three years from the last communication. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for the period required by accounting and tax legislation.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data to third parties, with the exception of providers who run our website, mailbox and accounting for us. They process it only on our instructions. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
